Terms of Sale

These terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods and services provided via ModestyBlaise.no, which is owned and operated by Smokvina Salg og konsulentservice AS, org. no. 933 627 942, hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "seller".

By completing a purchase on ModestyBlaise.no, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

2. Products and services

ModestyBlaise.no offers physical products (Modesty Blaise albums) as shown on the website.

All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include value added tax where applicable, unless otherwise clearly stated.

3. Payment

Payment is made via available payment solutions on the website, such as Vipps and/or card payment.

The amount is charged at the time of order, unless otherwise specified.

4. Delivery

Physical products

Goods are normally shipped within 14 working days of payment receipt. Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases of physical goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within the deadline.

6. Returns

In the event of a valid use of the right of withdrawal for physical products, the item must be returned in the same condition as received.

The buyer covers return costs unless otherwise agreed.

Return information is provided upon contact.

7. Complaints

In the event of errors or defects in the product, you may file a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act.

Complaints must be notified within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered.

Please contact us via email with a description of the defect and any supporting documentation.

8. Dispute resolution

Any disputes shall be sought to be resolved amicably.

If this is unsuccessful, the matter may be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Authority or the Consumer Disputes Committee.

Norwegian law applies.
